This workshop is all about softening into the process. Poses like hanumanasana (splits) can feel impossible when approached with force, so we explore a different path — one rooted in patience, breath, and gradual opening.
You’ll learn how to balance strength with release, how to work with your body’s natural limits, and how to cultivate a sense of ease even in challenging shapes. The goal isn’t to “get into” the splits — it’s to understand what your body needs to move deeper with integrity and kindness.
