Coming Home to Your Body

One of the most powerful things about yoga for me is the way it’s helped me connect, and start to love (!) my body 🫶

If you’ve gone, or are going through illness, your body can feel dangerous, scary, like a separate entity. If your body has changed shape or size, any injury has changed how things feel, or you’ve birthed a human, you can feel confusion, disconnect and lots of painful feelings toward that gorgeous body of yours.

This Valentine’s Day, I want to hold some virtual space for you to connect with the gloriousness that is you. It will be joyful, may be emotional and will most probably be a bit messy 😂 But let’s carve out a bit of time to celebrate you, exactly as you are, my friend ❤️
