Headstand is known as the king of yoga poses - and it’s no joke, it’s one that takes time to build up to!

Join me in this extended practice, focusing on building strength and confidence specifically around sirsasana (headstand).

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, all are welcome. The end goal doesn’t need to be the pose itself but having some fun in a safe environment to move you along your headstand journey.
