As we move into the summer months, we may find ourselves feeling more energetic and in turn doing more. But are you finding time to slow down and tune in?

In this extended practice we will be moving and breathing our way into a parasympathetic state. This is the part of the nervous system responsible for 'rest and digest', where we can relax and quite literally digest (both food and thoughts). We'll begin with a gentle flow, moving into restorative poses with supportive props and ending with a meditative savasana and essential oil adjustments.
